Eric Holder to Resign

Attorney General Holder will announce his resignation today from his position with the Department of Justice. This is a crucial moment for the country as the Senate will get an opportunity to confirm President Obama's nomination.

Although the timing of his resignation is very interesting, Republicans must take control of the Senate to have more of an influence in the confirmation process. This will allow the country to finally turn the Department of "In" Justice into the Department of Justice again.
